About the Role
As a Product Owner at Kaedim, you will play a key role in shaping how our products reach and serve the right customers. Working closely with the founder, you will own the commercial layer of a product end-to-end, defining who it's for, how we reach them, and feeding that insight back into what we build.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth. You will own the full journey from market understanding to acquisition strategy to product influence. If you have launched something from scratch, grown a user base from zero, and want to do it again at a company with real traction, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market motion for a product: audience definition, positioning, messaging, and acquisition
- Translate customer and market insight into clear product requirements for the engineering team
- Work closely with engineers to prioritise what gets built based on commercial impact
- Define what success looks like for each product iteration; not just what to build, but why and for whom
- Identify target customer segments and define how we reach them; organic, paid, content, or otherwise
- Bridge the gap between what customers need and what engineering ships
- Run experiments across acquisition channels and double down on what works
- Work directly with the founder to shape pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
- Influence the product roadmap by feeding in customer insight, market signals, and commercial priorities
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks that scale as the team grows
Requirements
- You have launched something from scratch; a product, a growth channel, a customer base and know what it feels like to start from nothing and make it real
- You can work independently and make decisions without a playbook or a large support structure
- You are comfortable sitting between product and marketing where you think commercially and feed that back into what gets built
- Comfortable working directly with engineers and able to articulate problems clearly without needing to be technical yourself
- Can write clear briefs, specs, or requirements that engineering can act on
