Γειά σου! Meet our founder and CEO, Konstantina Psoma!
Born and raised in Greece, Konstantina first discovered this problem space while pursuing her engineering degree in London. These days, her day-to-day includes interviewing candidates to grow the team, putting out a variety of fires, and speaking with both existing and potential customers to keep the sales funnel moving forward.
Konstantina’s first job was as a team leader at an extreme sports summer camp when she was just 15 years old. She led a group of 15 kids (ages 6 to 9) through activities like hiking, climbing, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking, and even canyoning. One of her favorite memories from that time was winning a table tennis tournament—against the camp owner. That competitive streak is still alive today; she’s a regular participant in the WeWork ping pong tournaments in San Francisco’s Financial District.
Her favorite game of all time is Brawl Stars, and she gravitates toward Pixar-inspired art styles—especially the one seen in How to Train Your Dragon. Outside of work, she’s currently enjoying volleyball as a favorite hobby.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that everything starts and ends with people. As a founder, building the team is the most important job. You can’t do big, ambitious things alone—what matters most is finding the right people to push the vision forward.
That, and how much tidying up you end up doing—like cleaning desks for team members when they’re not around!
I wish more people knew how fun we are to work with, how much we love to laugh, and how much we appreciate our amazing 3D artists team.
The team. Working with ambitious people to solve extremely challenging problems is what excites me. I want us to be the first to solve these problems. Everyone here puts in an enormous amount of effort, because the path to greatness is never easy.
