Hola! Meet Diego, Art Director at Kaedim.

Bio 🇨🇴

Based in Colombia, Diego leads as an Art Director, making sure projects stay on track and hit the quality bar. His day-to-day includes monitoring timelines, helping the team understand and match the style of incoming projects, and reviewing models to ensure they meet the highest visual standards.

First job

Before stepping into his role as Art Director, Diego worked as a graphic designer supporting branding projects for various Colombian businesses—including local coffee bars and restaurants. He also took on the role of community manager for a local store, designing product visuals and promotional materials.

Favorite Games, Art Style, and Hobbies

Diego’s favorite game of all time is Skyrim, and his favorite art styles include the painterly look of League of Legends and the detailed aesthetics of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new things—from cooking (his latest recipe: caramelized onions for burgers 🍔) to playing card games like Magic: The Gathering and Legends of Runeterra.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned while working at Kaedim?

Before Kaedim, I was used to working solo. Now I’m managing a large team—and that’s taught me a lot. I’ve learned how to understand each person’s strengths and how to delegate effectively so the whole team can move forward together.

What’s something you wish people knew more about Kaedim?

Kaedim gives you a real look into how a production pipeline can work at scale. In traditional studios, control is limited—but here, everything moves in real time. The platform is designed for efficiency, and with a 24/7 global team, things keep moving even when you’re asleep.
