Meet Ashen, Kaedim’s Technical Operations Manager.
Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Ashen is our Technical Operations Manager! As a TPM, Ashen works on various areas of technical operations - including business, financial and recruiting functions. Currently, he is working extensively in recruiting, automating how we identify and reach ideal candidates and building an internal ATS system that does this.
Ashen’s first job was as a grader during his undergraduate degree at Florida Institute of Technology. He assisted with grading midterms, final examinations, and assignments for the Mechanical Vibrations class.
Ashen’s favorite games of all time FIFA (his favorite team is Chelsea!) or Call of Duty: Mobile.
Outside of work and games, Ashen is an avid runner, and considers himself a coffee connoisseur!
The complexity of producing 3D art, but also the power of automation in getting things done. There's a big push to automate repetitive flows, which has freed up a lot of time.
Even though we are a very diverse team who come from different parts of the world, at the end of the day, it feels like home away from home.
