About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to oversee our enterprise customer relations and lead our 3D art production teams. This role combines customer success management with artistic leadership, requiring both strong communication skills and deep technical expertise in 3D art production.
Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success initiatives for enterprise customers
- Manage and scale 3D art production capacity based on customer demands
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for expanding the 3D art team, sourcing Lead Artists to grow our 3D team and developing training materials
- Oversee quality assurance of 3D models and maintain high production standards
- Create and iterate on training materials for various workflows and art styles
- Collaborate with CEO on 3D team strategy and structural development
- Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to optimize tools and processes
- Handle budgeting and resource planning for art production
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships in the game development industry
- Extensive background in leading 3D art teams at game studios or art outsourcing companies
- Strong understanding of 3D art production pipelines and quality standards
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in resource planning and team scaling
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality 3D art projects
